Its one of the LGS near me. They have been in business for years but only recently added an indoor range, im guessing the prices are low to try and draw customers.

Same stuff, different box. At least that's what I've heard from numerous sources over the last couple years.
Did a bit of reading: ATK - Security and Sporting Group

Apparently the following are all made by Alliant Techsystems:
Quote:
ATK Security and Sporting
ATK Security and Sporting is a leading technology developer and supplier of ammunition for law enforcement, military and sporting applications; a manufacturer of optics, reloading gear and sport shooting accessories; and a leading producer of tactical accessories. The company serves sport shooting enthusiasts, law enforcement professionals, military and tactical markets worldwide. The group’s products include some of the most widely known and respected brands in the industry, including Federal Premium, CCI, Speer, RCBS, Alliant Powder, Champion, Weaver, Eagle Industries, and Blackhawk! Industries.
Quote:
•CCI, Speer, Lawman, and Blazer ammunition
and is also involved with Lake City
Quote:
•Management of Lake City Army Ammunition Plant and Radford Army Ammunition Plant
ATK - Armament Systems Group .

I don't know if it is exactly "the same", but the same people make it.

Gander Mountain has it for $89. 250 ct.. .380, .9mm, .40...and the .45 was the same price for 200ct..

Winchester white box from Wally in .45 apc was actually kinda dirty for me. Black azz clouds of smoke when I shot. And they put Marks in my glock barrel that i cant get out. Looks like stuck powder fouling. Tried everything. I'll stick with federal. But I'm gonna be Rollin my own soon! Hellllllllyeah! Finally.
