I am going to buy a Stainless Berretta Model 92FS. What price range seems right for a used one.

This is the Pistol. I was going to pay $300.00

$300 is a good price if the weapon is in decent condition.

Personally, I find the weapon a horrible choice, but that is me.

I would recommend taking a look at the rails that the slide will be "running" on. Frequently the tolerances from one side to the other, on a well shot Beretta, will differ greatly.

This was true on my personal Model 92F that I bought in the very early 90's and kept for 5 years.

There is an after market "P" shaped, drop in part that I would recommend to take some of the awful slack out of the trigger.

Going to be shooting it tomorrow. I qualified in the Marine as a Pistol Sharpshooter with the M9, basicly the same pistol so I should do alright.

It is a top of the line 9mm pistol. The only problem i have with it is its bulkyness.
