Beretta 92fs IWB holster
Moving depts from uniform to plain clothes and am checking out what's on offer for IWB holsters to fit the 92fs, I know it's a big old lump to conceal but when it all starts to go a bit wrong I like that reassuring weight on the hip, not allowed a 1911 platform ( anything bigger than 9mm/38spl is considered excessive by the powers that be) any suggestions

Haven't seen them before, what materials do they work in, I'm looking at leather options not fond of to much plastic

A 92 is a big hunk of gun to carry in your pants.
I carry a 1911 IWB, but wouldn't think of trying to hide my 92 in my pants.

Don't 1911's come in 9mm? Check out Sig P938. Granted, way small, but 9mm, basically similar to 1911, and concealable.

Looked at the 1911, sticking point is the single stack mag, and the preferred DA / SA mode of operation.

does it have to be IWB? i would think maybe a shoulder holster may work the best. but if it NEEDS to be IWB. definatly the crossbreed.

How about a horizontal belt. I like a crossdraw to be honest and works better at a desk/driving. The 92 is a large frame gun and probably not what you want for EDC anymore...
