I saw the motorcycle shotgun episode last night. WHY on earth would you paint a gun? I don't think paint (or powder coat) belongs any where near a gun. Plating or coating only.

Yea I saw it too, its a shame that they'd do that to that shotgun.

I also didn't like how they painted the M-16 helicopter machine gun yellow. I'm mean wtf?

Anyone see where they destroyed that M1 Garand that was that guys grandfathers rifle on Iwo Jima? Why would you botch a rifle that was on IWO JIMA!!! If you want to remember your grandfathers by customizing a Garand, then use a post-Korea 1954/55 Garand, not a piece that belongs in a museum! That rifle probably went through hell and back! Why American Guns? Why?

It wasn't his grandfathers, he purchased that one at the shop and they customized it
