Examples of losers: KelTec PF9, Ruger LCP, Auto Ordnance 1911, Walther PPK/S, Century Galil, Smith .380 Bodyguard, Mossberg 30-30 lever action

Examples of winners: Glock 34, Sig P238, Ruger 22/45, Taurus PT 1911 AR in .38 Super, Remington 870 Wingmaster

Surprise of the year: Russian Makarov

On the fence: Springfield XDM 5.25 9mm

Current wants: KelTec PMR, FN Five Seven
I am in the same boat. It has taken me years and thousands of dollars to figure it out. Currently own two handguns and a rifle. Over the years I have sold 4 rifles and 5 handguns. Wish I would have learned earlier but the fact is I will continue to do the same thing. My AR I recently finished building is a keeper, as is my M&P 9 VTAC. I'm not sure about my RIA 22 TCM Micro Mag 9mm. It may be on to greener pastures for her. Only time will tell.
If guns kill people, mine are defective.
