Israel has some interesting regulations regarding firearms ownership as well as the ability to carry both open and concealed. From what I recall, the vetting process is quite extensive, you have to get sign offs from your firearms instructor, law enforcement and doctors before you can be allowed to purchase a firearm. Additionally, it is not so easy to even purchase a firearm there and if you are permitted, you can only own ONE gun. Needless to say it's nothing like it is in the US.

Get everyone together and buy a South American Country. Not an existing one but enough contiguous land to form one. Or maybe an island.

Israel has a higher percentage of armed citizens than the US. Military service is compulsory in Israel. With the current crisis in Israel I doubt many Israeli's shirk their duty.
