Whats the formula for adjusting iron sights on a pistol hah

Rear Sight = move in direction you wish POI to move
...to the right and point of impact moves right
...etc

Front Sight = move in opposite direction you wish POI to move
...raise it up and point of impact moves down
...move it right and point of impact moves left
...etc
