Here's what I came up with:

9mm- Semi-auto pistols, some carbines...plenty of guns to choose from, cheap ammo
.45acp- Semi-auto pistols, some carbines...can't miss out on 1911s
.223/5.56- Some pistols (sorta), ARs and other tactical semis, bolt action rifles
.308- Bolt action rifles, M1A, FAL, AR10, etc
12 gauge- Ammo is easy to come by, and there's no shortage of exotic loads out there if you're feeling creative

Honorable Mention: .357mag, 7.62x39, 22lr

The 5.7x28mm round is nice. even comes in pistol and that little sucker is singin when it exits the barrel. Had the pleasure of shooting a supressed version, very nice, very accurate.

You sir, have failed the test.

But I guess "too many" guns isn't the worst thing in the world.

first i would have to choose a 5.56mm ar15 /next would be a 7.62x39mm ak47 / third i would have to have a 12ga winchester modle 12 /.fourth would i would get a remington 700 chambered in a .308 /last i would have a 22lr and the reason i pick theese calibers is becuase there will always be ammo in the u.s for theese guns

The title said 5 calibers so I assume that means I can have all the ammo/reloading components and/or guns chambered in those calibers I want for them.

.22LR
.45ACP
.41Mag
.300 Mag
12 Gauge
