.45 ACP or .357 Small/Medium Carry Gun

Hello I am still looking at a small carry guns (my three options are):

1)Used or New AMT Backup(I figure $300-525) .45 ACP
2)New Bersa Thunder (I figure $300-$520) .45 ACP
3)New EAA Windicator 2" snubby(I figure $275-290).357 Magnum

What do you shiny happy people folks think?

Anymore good or even better options?

Are these choices going to be used in self-defense on a daily carry basis or used in the swamp?

If you plan on using for self defense, always buy the best quality firearm you can. I am not saying that you have to buy the $2400.00 Ed Brown, but research reviews and ask the neighborhood bubbas at the gun shop their opinion, also.

I really enjoyed my Bersa in .380. Now my sister really enjoys it.

I don't have experience with the .45 AMT Backup, but I used to have a .380 AMT Backup.. I didn't like it at all, it would fail to feed a lot and the pin that held the "bolt" section in would constantly work it's way out.

I've never owned or shot the Bersa, but I hear good things.

Or go BOLD and get the Rino

You COULD go Glock and get a G36. Slime line single stack 6+1 in .45 ACP. Same as a revolver but better! total length is 6.77" and height is 4.76"

Or if you like .357 you can go .357 SIG G33 known as the pocket rocket. 9+1 Complete length is only 6.29" and height is only 4.17"

Now these are some serious carry options

Sig P230 or P232. Some think .380 is small for SD, buy I can tell you at 15 yards, nobody is getting up. .45acp mag next to.
