I can't comment on the others but I do own a LCP that has been 100% reliable. It's not going anywhere but I'm going to eventually replace it with a Kahr PM40 since I have doubts about a .380 doing the job that I want.

I'm gonna look and see if Cabelas has one today. My LGS told me they're bart to get right now, and they are only 6rds anyway. Obviously they just wanted to sell. Me what they had in stock, or are just idiots.

The 10-rd. ProMag is an "after-market" item. Ruger doesn't sell them. I got mine (delivered FedEx) ordering online from for $22 + shipping. I've ordered lots from them... 100% satisfied.

I really enjoyed my Bersa Thunder 7 rounder, until my sister took it and wouldn't give it back. I like the flat nickel finish. I like the 7 round and 9 round mags. I liked the $300 price tag. I liked the lighter alloy frame.

I did lust after one of those SigSaur 232SL's in the CDNN catalog for $430. CDNN Sports, Inc. 2010-6 Catalog
Dead Bears, the only good kind.

My opinion is probably not going to be very popular, but I view a .380 as a target pistol only. It is not considered a service caliber and I wouldn't carry one.

You can get a 9mm for almost the same size and carry +p rounds that will offer better ballistic performance and stopping power to a would-be attacker.

I wouldn't want to place my life in the balance with a .380.
