Just want to make sure it's okay to shoot .38+P rounds from my 357 Vaquero...

if the b pistol is capable of 357 magnum then yes

Go for it! A 357 can handle any 38 special load but don't try to go backwards. A 357 will not work in a 38 and not all 38s are rated for +p's.
