This an old post but I may have an answer for failure to eject. If you dry fire, the firing pin hits the barrel. After a while, you will have peened a bit of metal into the chamber where the shell goes. The spent cartridge is hanging up on the burr of metal. Most likely your firing pin is also peened over causing failure to fire. Do not dry fire this weapon! Also, the manufacture specifies to use only standare velocity ammo which is 1150fps ammo with probably a 40 grain bullet. DO NOT USE HIGH VELOCITY AMMO!!
