This is kind of like "a Republican is a Democrat who hasn't been

mugged".

The way I see it, a Glock lover is merely a Glock owner

who hasn't had one go off in his pants yet...

Did your parents ever have any children who lived? Ninety percent of your posts are bullsh!t!!! Go outside and get some fresh air some time. It might help your belittling attitude a bit.

Is there a rule saying a thread expires in a week and after that you can't respond?

Or that you have to have more than one sentence in a post? I guess moderators better start deleting such classics as: "+1", or "Glock. 'Nuff said", "^^^^ what he said." or any of the other cliches.

I think the golden rule (aside from no flaming, trolling, bullying) in posts is that no one is forcing anyone to reply.

At another gun forum some guy was just asking the usual, "Should I get this gun, or that gun?" and some other poster went ape-sh*t and told him not to waste his time. This was ridiculous! The OP just replied back, "I wasn't asking you. If you don't like it don't look at my posts."

Forum rage. There's a new internet term.

As for this original posting, I think it's relevant because there are more and more shooters new to 1911's who might be interested. The only thing I object is the narrator of the Youtube video is plagiarizing because it is not an original concept to avoid using a point and shoot grip on 1911's (although who uses a point and shoot grip these days?).
