don't have an answer for that. i'm not a lawyer. but i suggest you seek one out and get this cleared up, before it becomes a huge problem.

could be it's slipped through the cracks, for whatever reason, but if you don't get it straightened out, and are caught with a firearm, it will be bad. as in prison time. a felony conviction is a felony conviction.

it's your choice. you can either play the luck game, or take the advice we have suggested as in getting a lawyer and letting him take care of the problem.

See if either of these docs help you.

You should always verify with your local state police department.

I got denied in Missouri too for to many dui convictions that were supposed to be off my record. No felonies but I had 4 DUIs and a darn good lawyer. After mo denied me I tried Utah and got denied. Then I tried Florida and got it with no problems.

I would try Florida if I were you and see what happens, also with an out of state permit the cops here don't know I have it unless I want them to. doesn't show up when they run my name

you do it through the mail. If you're in my area I can refer you to an instructor That's Florida certified. You pretty much do all the leg work yourself. class, fingerprints, passport quality photo, and not sure what else, it's been a few years.

I did a quick look over and didn't see anything specificity about our of state permits but I'm sure it's there somewhere. It would also probably be a good idea to do as others have suggested here and get that felony checked out to make sure it's really gone.
