I would imagine MSP is opposed to any loss of restrictions on CPL's.

I'm hoping for the day we can get short barreled rifles. It may not happen as Michigan has a law prohibiting rifles that do not have a minimum OAL. Suppressors and full auto were always legal as the constitution reads that they are prohibited unless the federal laws are followed. Our previous attorney generals somehow thought this meant that C&R full auto weapons were the only qualified ones.
