Currently I use 2 CC guns, my summer time carry is my trusty LCP with a Crimson Trace laser guard, but I've got a M&P Shield 9mm on order to replace it. My winter carry is a Kimber Ultra CDP w/CT laser grip.

What I've discovered is if I can't carry a gun comfortably I probably won't carry it so there's been a lot of trials to get where I'm at today. There's always a few variables you've got to deal with in the selection process like the climate, your body size & shape along with the fact that you might spend a lot of time driving while you're carrying. The one item that will help significantly is a good. stiff, leather gun belt.

XDs 45, Remora IWB. Talon grip tape to be installed, and a switch to the green front fiber sight. Both happening today if the Lady of the house lets me play

My carry gun is a Colt Officer with a Hogue wraparound grip, 7 round mag, MagNaPorted and cocked & locked in a Crossbreed own holster. I carry 2 mags, a light and a knife. I carry 24/7.
