I've been looking for information and couldn't find anything solid, does anyone know if you can carry acrossed the state line into Indiana, do they have the same laws as Michigan?

Where are you coming from? I have a carry permit in Indiana. You can go to www.usacarry.com to check each state.

I would check the map Fathead listed but I live in Indiana and went to Michigan to go to the beach a few weeks back. I called the non-emergency State Police in Michigan and they told me that Indiana accepts a Michigan license and vice versa. Like I said though, ask someone else for sure, but that's what I was told when I called.

Yes MI reciprocates with IN and vice versa. Our laws here are much more relaxed than MI's not many places you cant carry.

I travel to Indiana all the time and have taken my pistol with me. Back in the 90's I got it in writing that Indiana honors Michigan's CPL. I believe you still have to comply with Michigan restrictions but I'm not positive on that. M
Oddly enough, the family I visit in Indiana were in MI this weekend. I was talking to them about a suppressor manufacturer that is located about five miles from one of them. They were shocked to learn that suppressors are legal. Yikes!
