Default GOAL finally addressing licensing delays

http://www.goal.org/LTC-survey.html

If you have had to deal with the states illegal delays take the survey. Hopefully a class action lawsuit will be put together.

MM13, They are simply registering a complaint about delayed applications? This is after all a government tradition of ineffectiveness. I think they need to explain that their is an intentional holding of firearms related applications. This seems to leave a law suite groundless?

I'm not saying they are actually going to accomplish anything. That's why I dropped my membership. Atleast they are bringing attention to the situation.
Intentional or not the law plainly states the amount of time the state has for processing and they are ruitinely 3 to 4 times over the limit.

I finally got my approval last week and should have my card in a week or so. It took 7 months. I live in Watertown. Talk about dragging their feet.

My buddy just got his, just over a six month wait. He then had a 3 day hold on his first purchase.

better judged by twelve than carried by six.
