SB 281 is trying to lower the 20 magazine limit to 10, and increase the list of assualt weapons to include a bunch of pistols and further restrict where it's legal to carry.

I was watching Fox Baltimore 45 and they place a link on their website for anyone willing to sign a petition to place this on the 2014 ballot. Here is the link from the website: http://freestatepetitions.com/

I also attached the actual form to be signed and returned. Reading the fine print you must have this printed on two sides and mailed to the address on the form. They will not accept a two page form only front and back.
