Yup..really illegal you have a lic in more than one state. They make this moot by allowing one drivers lic to be valid in all 50 sates. If you end up with a lic in more than one state you will get spanked..And pretty hard.
Most states have out of state laws for hunting by people that do not have a full time residence in their state., Even if you own property you would have to qualify to be a resident to that state. And even then you only qualify for resident permits. Still no multi lic.
