Default Deans Gun Restorations Rips of Consumer

I bought a rebuilt .30 Carbine from him off the net for $1500.00. when I received it the Receiver (Inland) was worn so bad the slide picked up so far from the receiver rail the hold back pin would not engage the slot in the receiver. The top of the receiver in front of the back sight had been staked so many times it looked as though wood peckers had been there. deans fix would be to put a longer hold back pin in the slide. In other words there was no fix. I sent the rifle back at my expence for a refund. dean held $300.00 of my refund and charged me $100.00 for a slide that he will not send to me !!
