Default Where do you shoot in NWI?

I have only been to Deb's Gun Range in Hammond. I do not like indoor ranges too much. I have been thinking about joining the Issac Walton League in Griffith for an outdoor range. Where do you shoot?

I usually shoot at Blythes indoor range in Valpo. You can try Willow Slough which is a outdoor range. It's about 45 minutes to an hour from Hammond. They have a few pistol ranges, rifle ranges, skeet area, and a bow area. You bring your own targets and pins to latch them to the chicken wire on the frames. Also, they don't charge to shoot there.

Winamac or Jasper Pulaski F&W Areas.
Winamac closed on Mondays.
Also have different hours, winter vs summer. Check IDNR site for details, or for a number to call specifically.
