Check the issue date. Maybe it as approved and issued, but got lost in the mail room or somewhere. I live in South Carolina now, but lived in Indiana for many years, and it customarily took from 3 to 6 weeks.

My brother-in law did work in the state Building for a long time . He was in the office one floor up . He went to the office that does the permit and ask for a favor . I got a life time hunting permit for my son took one week and my life time carry permit took 2 weeks .

No, but there does seem to be a lot of inbreeding though.
