It is actually where some plexiglass was broken off and the screw holes are visible. That being said, it wouldn't surprise me though. There was no safety instruction for a first time guest or any type of range officer. I enjoyed the independence, but I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable with others in the range. I have seen what can happen with many safety percautions taken. I would think there would be a concern just from a liability stand point.
