Sycamore Sportsmens Club is great open year around. The closest indoor range to me is Bullet Stop in Loves Park, small, old, but better than nothin... Hear there is another place Kap Guns, haven't been there yet.

Kap is a pretty nice little range, rubber backstop, the only downside is you have to buy their ammo. I think it's $25 per hour walk in, or $20 per hour if you book a lane online ahead of time.

I haven't tried Sportsmen's Club yet. I'm very near to there, though. I thought you had to be a member to shoot their and I believe their membership prices are pretty high.

I used to shoot at Bullet Stop in Loves Park. That's where I bought my very first gun. But their range is not very good at all. I now go to GAT Guns almost exclusively.

BelRock, we have to meet up sometime. We run in the same circle, it seems.

I made a 100 yard target range in my field.
