mario,

I doubt if you can find anyone to finish it for you because it could be a Federal Firearms Act viation of manufacturing a firearm without a Federal Firearms Manufacturer's License. I wouldn't touch that one! I have always had the opinion regarding these 80% receivers. Simply I would stay away from them altogether and simply by a finished lower receiver that I know will work and in specifications.

Building an AR is like finding a blind man at the nude beach... it's not hard.
Search YouTube and Google and put it together yourself.

Where you at in IL??? Swing by my how's with a case of Sam Adams and I'll show ya how.
Bring a few bottles of rum and I'll supply the inner parts as well.

Not sure where you are in our **** sorry I meant state however if your close to the St. Louis area there are several places in Missouri that hold ar building classes. I simply bought mine off the shelf but I e have friends do the classes and loved them. They are start to finish and while your in the classes you can purchase and install several upgrades sucks as lighter triggers and optics.

Go to rockethub.com and search exactly "ar-15" or "lowers" if you are looking for 80% lowers.
