Default Vehicular Manslaughter

Yesterday i was going to the mall with my wife and son and when we pulled in saw a woman bloody on the ground and car wreckage around her. Apparently some teenager managed to run OVER the woman, and hit TWO vehicles.

This poor woman passed away this morning.

I do not know whether there was a cell phone, drugs or alcohol involved. But this kid will be facing serious charges.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of this woman.

Courage is not the lack of fear, but the willingness to continue despite that fear.

I hate cars. Don't own one don't want one. Think everyone should have to drive a motorcycle. If you screw around on a bike chances are you are the only one getting killed.
We should go back to horses. People in general aren't responsible enough to drive.
I have back issues from a truck driver (16 wheeler) who was speeding through a small town and hit me. He ripped my 3 month old Mazda 626 in half. The car spun 3 times and I landed on the sidewalk on the other side of the road. My engine was 100 yards down the road. The cops said he was doing 20mph (speed limit) and I just didn't look before I pulled out. Bs that d@#k was doing like 60 I checked twice.
My girlfriend, her best friend, her cousin and his girl all died in a car accident. I hate cars.

I'm sorry to hear that buddy.

I do, however, agree that we should go back to horses. With these gas prices.

Courage is not the lack of fear, but the willingness to continue despite that fear.

Thanks man. I generally avoid talking about it.
Oh and yeah the gas prices are the other reason I don't drive. Lol

They do, indeed. I was on a DART (downed aircraft retrieval team) in ass****istan. When all you find is boots it never leaves your mind..

Courage is not the lack of fear, but the willingness to continue despite that fear.
