Ufo?
Did anyone else see the flying-saucer shaped object that was concealed on a flatbed semi and being escorted by the state police? I assume it's some sort of publicity stunt or just a coincidence, but it's getting a lot of media attention. What do you guys think?
Didn't hear anything about it.
Yeah. They stopped at a rest stop on I57 and the ISP denied civilian entrance to the rest stop until it left. Also had a 6 car escort while en route.
Sounds like a search for attention. Not exactly low key.
Agreed. Anything legit would have been well concealed, moved at night, and likely had a military/gov't escort as opposed to state police. I just wanna know if anyone knows something I don't.

If you Google "UFO on flatbed truck" you get a lot of the same description as here but driving through Dallas, Kansas, etc.

That's a link to a summarized version of the story. Could be a drone? But every drone I've ever seen/used in my military career looks nothing like that. And is muuuuch smaller. |
It looks like one of those solar powered race cars or something. Weird.
I didn't see it fly so UFO would not be the correct term. :D

On the news they repeatedly referred to it as a flying saucer, which is a little ridiculous. Sure, it has the generalized shape of what we assume one would look like.. but i still think it's a publicity stunt of some kind. |
