I was having some discussions over lunch today and currently it is not law,
it is a passed bill, the Gov. has to sign it, if he amends it and sends it back
it is still a bill and not a law.
The Court's decision was to have a law on the books, if there is no law then
we get Constitutional Carry on the 9th. Now if he signs it (an you know if
that happens it will be on the evening of the 8th) Then we have a law and
we have to wait for implementation.
Details are important, I have heard of people saying they are set up to teach
the new Illinois CCW. WTF, we don't know yet what you have to do to get
qualified to teach or what has to be in the syllabus yet...
