Good move on both their parts! Sucks that each state has a chance to back out of the agreement they made to join the union on a case by case basis, or should I say Right to Right Basis. NY thinks the BOR's are like a Chinese restaurant takeout menu instead of an edict, "NY will take all of the #1, #6 and a #11 and a half order of the rest!
