For sugary cereal, Co-co pebbles or Count Chocula.

For Healthy......... Grape Nuts.......... Pour the milk, add honey and mild and put in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 min. Softens the cereal and is very tasty.

For those with allergies........ add honey harvested localy.

Hmmm...I don't usually eat breakfast, but if I do it is a southern style chicken biscuit.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a decent afternoon snack, though.

I don't like Cinnamon Toast Crunch with milk on it. I like to eat it dry right out of the box as a snack.

Breakfast cereal is poison by itself. Cereal should be eaten with a balanced breakfast. Anything breakfast cereal with sugar as one of the main ingredients should not be considered in the morning meal.

That is a lot of carbs with no protein or fat to slow down the absorption.

Agreed. I'm particularly fond of cereal that has cinimmon in it.

A local bagel shop where I live makes a bagel that has cinimmon and raisins in it, it's the amazingly good .
