I see by your post that you have selected the perfect tacticool canines as regards your home defense plan!;) I myself have selected the ubiquitous English Bulldog as my personal protector. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanable photo of same( Abigail).52 lbs of slobbering ,licking death await the unwary home invader!;)

Dakota might bite someone she didn't know. Who knows. She's a year old and about 75lbs now. I think she is a Pit/Bernard mix.

Dakota does have Pit in her,I have two Pit Bull females who love everyone,and two Shepherds one male he will bite and has.I have one Man friend my Buddy Mitch.

One main reason I think she's pit is because of her pain tolerance. It's insane. I know she has Bernard or at least some mountain dog in her because of her extra dew (sp?) claw.

Funny that is your signature. She just tried to attack a skunk yesterday and I spent all night trying to get the smell out of her. She had a shock collar on as well but it didn't phase her. Her will outweights any pain.

That's the Pit in her we call it Heart,like I said my Pit's will love you your Wife and Kids.But let a coon skunk coyote come in the yard instant killers.Oh yes I see Pit in her face.
