A 600 HP 13 Speed that can move 100,000 LBS. From Kansas City to LA non-stop? A battery that can push this cargo at 75 MPH will be larger than the load. The energy needed to cross the Great Divide?

Well, an all-electric might be unrealistic at this point in history, but a hybrid is not. After all, diesel-electric hybrid locomotives have been moving American goods across this nation for nearly 100 years now. At first they said it was not a viable means of powering rail transportation. They were wrong.

The Bronze Age, Industrial Age and Space Age, did not begin because the previous Age ran out of fuel either.

It's not that ppl can't imagine these things being the future, quite simply they refuse too.. These same ppl thought the Internet was a fad.. Look at them now.. Some ppl will swear dig **** does not stink until they fall face first into it..
As of 2010 they're racing electric motorcycles in AMA and Isle of Man..
Electric vehicles(of ALL kinds) are coming, accept it, embrace it or be left behind.

It's ALL about "the liberal democrats" or "the liberal" or "the modern liberal". Something is doing good, its despite the best efforts of the liberal, somethings doing bad, it was the liberal.
