The Ruger stuff can get pricey too!! Bought a "Magazine Bag" in blue water resistant nylon with a white Ruger logo: even on closeout, almost $50....

Basic range bags from Beretta... I think the cheapest I saw was around 80 bucks. I think they had a real fancy one that even came with a field repair kit tailored to specific firearms for upwards of ten times that much.

The field jacket of theirs I love and want so badly is around 600 dollars I believe. On sale.

Am I the only one who would probably actually get erotic pleasure from seeing a Beretta 1911 in production? Ooohhh baby..*shudder* just the thought alone....a blend of the best of both worlds. .

If they made a 1911 & it was in .9mm I think I'd never shoot my 92's ever again!!

Yeah seems like any logo apparel or gun accessory have just sky rocketed, along with everything in this inflated economy.

I think that 1911s should stay .45

I feel the same, but if Beretta makes one...an Italian company...and 9mm is so much cheaper....

I'd buy two.

That's nice, but i'm glad the rest of the world's manufactures don't see it your way.

I'm going to contact Beretta, likely after lunch, and voice my opinion on the matter. I'm thinking a scaled version, like Browning's 1911.22 chambered in 9mm would be a downright sexy carry gun.

This is neither a "commander" or "officer" model, nor is it a compact based on 1911 design and features, but an actual government model built to a smaller scale overall. Chamber that joker in 9mm, with Beretta's fit and finish, and I personally don't think they'd be able to get them out the door fast enough.

I'm not sure whats going on, but i feel like I'm in a "Ground Hog Day" sequel. Since i only had 4 hrs. of sleep because doing research for writing books is hard stuff, i think I'll lay down and take a nap for a while next to my dog,...maybe I'll wake up feeling better in an hour or so...
