i have a box full of these things. what are they used for?

btw, pic 2 was a typical dav pickup donation. that whole pile was one of about 20 loads. american pickers could have done a show on my family. trust me, you dont want to see what was in those boxes. good stuff, but geesh....how much stuff can one person have!!! we dont consider ourselves wealthy by any stretch, but what came out of 1 house could have furnished 3. thats how crowded my parents lived like. i made it somewhat livable by 2003.

Those are heim joints, typically used for steering components on everything from 4 wheelersto lawn mowers to automobiles

well, actually, we furnished the cabin in mo. from the basement alone!
1/2 the stuff in my gun club came from the attic!
