It's a lot like a cell phone, but with out the ability to make a phone call. Think of a PDA or an IPhone with out cell service.

My son a Navy Electrician, says it is a power supply/charger for a cell phone, if you can trust a Naval Electrician.............

LOL I know what u mean -- I had an LG flip-phone like that. I was the bees knees. A FLIP phone! I talked them into upgrading me from the brick before that... Know what -- the brick was fine enough frankly.

How do you wire navels and why? It looks very much like the charger for one of my old cell phones.
