When traveling in Mexico protein is not going to be your problem. In Mexico they have Kopetate Festivals the year around.

If you want mass you need.to eat big to get big. Eat every 2-3 hours. I recommend a good weight gainer not just protein. Want to be big, lift big. Pyramid up in weight 10 reps, 8, 6 making sure your weight makes you go to failure. Use free weights not machines. Focus on the 3 big lifts. Bench press, deadlift, squat. Start out lift that require multiple muscle groups like the big 3 then as your muscles tire move to isolated exercises. 4-5 exercises per muscle reps 6-12. Go to failure. At my biggest I was 6'4 220 with 4 percent body fat. That required somewhere in the neighborhood of 4k-5k calories a day. Start eating early, eat often and eat lots.

Just thought I'd give an update since its been around 2 weeks. As I said earlier I believe, I was at 139 and 11% body far after my last biometric screening in the middle of January. I just left the gym and the scale read 152 and by the looks of it, I've shed about another 1% of body fat. I've been doing a mix of what everyone recommended, focusing on the bigger muscles with heavier weights and eating a sh!t load with protein shakes

I do have a few more questions though since I know some of this weight is just water weight. Would doing some cardio like ellipticals or biking be okay? Or spending 20-30 minutes in the sauna? I'd say running but I can't run on treadmills and its way too cold for me to run outside when I'm able to

That's perfectly alright, i recommend it actually. A few minutes before your workout warms up and preps the muscles and tendons. Cardio is always good, 30 min a day max. Dont over do it

Just wanted to give an update. It's been about 3 months since I started this little endeavor and so far I've gained approximately 15 pounds, depending on the time of day and what not. But while also gaining the weight, I have bulked up in muscle and lost my little beer gut. To me, I haven't noticed much of size gaining but I also see myself in the mirror multiple times a day. But when running into people I haven't seen in a few months, they have almost all said something, either that I've gotten bigger or am looking a lot healthier. I'm not sure of my body fat percentage but I am at 150 pounds instead of my 135. I was up to 155 but started working nights and had been trying to figure out a new routine
