Default wolverine boots

been living by (with ) durashock boots for many years . got a bad foot due to a motorcylce crash and they really help me . i tend to be on my feet all day ,due to my work . well my new pair just came in .same size as always .
12ew . that translates to 12 eee . well compared to my old wolverine boots that say the same size on the tongue the're a full half inch narrower . to tight to wear . happened with the last few pair i've bought .......don't know what the heck is goin on . did the sizing criteria change before my feet schrunk .
