Also helps keep deer out of the yard/garden.

I can;
Light fireworks out of my front yard, and no one complains.

Have "campfires" any time I want.

Walk naked in front of my windows without worrying about it. Too much.......

The wife can walk around naked only having to worry about me.

Strangely enough, I don't have much of a desire to take a leak outside. Although I have done so on occasion......

I gotta drive 75 miles to a Lowes . But I can shoot anything from .22 to 30-06 by driving 5 minutes. I can walk to my hangar and airplane in 20 feet. I can see stars at night and mountains during the day.
Love the AZ Outback. :-)

My local deer must have missed the memo. I've peed across the driveway, and just hours later watched several deer walk by the spot without so much as a snort.

Ya gotta pee directly on the deer for it to be a deterrent. Just watch out for the horns if they get pissed of for being pissed on!

I could not agree more. Where I live I can walk out the front door and pee without anyone, who is not trespassing, being offended. (except my wife, she claims I am killing the grass in spots.) None of my windows have curtains because I like to see out. My trip to the range is about a 300 yard walk. As I type there is a big buck raccoon chowing down on cat food just outside the window, He is early tonight, he usually shows up at 7:20. The deer aren't as predictable, but hey show up quite often. My wife and I find the wildlife more entertaining than city or suburban life, both of which we have experienced.

I worked hard and damn long for a nice place in the woods and I couldn't be happier.
