He sounds like a wise man, however it saddens me to see an Allied Military Leader needing to play the politician and solicit his countrymens support for the very military that defends their liberty.

Could you imagine Norman Schwartzkopf or George Patton doing this?

Nonetheless it was an entertaining speech by a man with obvious passion for his cause.
