Pancakes with lots of butter and real maple syrup. I make my pancakes with some lemon zest in the batter. Really brightens up th AM.

A little bit of pancake with a lot of bacon or chicken biscuit I don't really eat breakfast, but a pancake or two with some bacon and eggs is good for dinner.

I don't eat much breakfast foods but I think I prefer pancakes. Though I do have a waffle maker and sometimes make waffles. I like pancakes better because they are spongier and softer.
