Boy do I miss Keith Moon!
I waited weeks for this halftime show and to think I could have taken a nap!
Damn, I think a South Park episode of The Who would be more entertaining!
Does Pete Townsend have any teeth?
And Roger Daltrey looks like a Bentley salesman on the Sun Set Strip. __________________ .

Yeah, that was sad. They've seen better days....now, the Stones, from the same generation....timeless! |

Would rather watch The Who over the Stones. I have never really liked them for some reason. |

Don't be hard on your age group, Cane. Not the music, but the guys who made the music. They did just fine for a bunch of Senior Citizens. It's the music, not the memory of when they were in their prime. Plus, CBS pays them a ton for using their songs as the theme songs for all the CSI's.. __________________ From C3Shooter:

I didn't like them much either when I was younger but, for some reason, I like them a lot now. Go figure. |

Forty years of hard core drug use can really eff you up....I didn't even recognize them at first. __________________

The Stones can SUCK IT.
So can The Beatles.
So can Nirvana.
There are just SOME bands that, inspite of how many albums, how "mainstream" they are, should NEVER have been allowed onto vinyl or CD.
I will give you that they led way to other artists, but Jimi Hendrixs' estate recently released a song, from his own era, that is timeless AND relevant that rocks. There is a TON to be said about that.
And, for the record, I am from Seattle where Grunge was born and bred. Nirvana still sucks. Just the way they sucked when they FIRST performed in Seattle as an undercard & were "less than received" by the fans awaiting the "real" band.

I saw The Who twice in concert. Once early with Keith Moon and later with Kenney Jones.
I guess I'll just go back and listen to their studio stuff. And CSI!
I agree, Mick has the ghey!!! __________________ .
