No the pay isnt that great.... But it sure is fun :-)

Ive always been high speed low drag, so my shifts were usually interesting. Especially the weekends, alot of people liked having the weekends off, i loved working the weekends

Alot of the departments around here will let you ride along as long as your 18+. They just have you sign a waiver and let you ride, you can learn quite a bit just from riding around

Ya they offered that but they said i dont get paid and it wont help me get a le job.

It may not help you get the job, but it will let you know if you are right for the job and if the job is right for you. It's a lot cheaper to learn you two are incompateble before you start taking colledge courese that you have to pay for. I would do the ride along first, it will help you decide.
