Extra bass string? Heavier sound?

How about an 8 stringer?

The extra string provides a little extra tune to sooth the heart. My heart don't need soothing, so take all the strings you need.

I wouldn't mind a 7 stringer as I play some bass lines on my guitar and the extra bass string would give me that. I can't worry about that now, I've quit playing.

You play a 7 string just like a 6.

The extra string is to strangle hecklers........
