Who likes to cook? What's for dinner?
It's REALLY hot here night here tonight and I don't altogether feel like anything fancy, so I'm having marinated lamb chops with a simple garden salad.
I've made a marinade with roughly chopped garlic, chilli, lemon zest, chopped rosemary and olive oil. They've been marinating all afternoon and each time I open the fridge the smell gets better; I can't wait to throw them on the BBQ
So, what are you having for tea tonight? Share some recipes so we can all try something new.

Beef with Broccoli tonight.
Thin sliced flank steak marinaded in soy, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, baking soda and corn starch for 30 minutes.
Stir fried and set aside, wipe out wok and add two tbsp vegetable oil and heat. Stir fry broccoli for 1 minute than add 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper. Add the cooked beef and stir fry 2 minutes, add corn starch and chicken broth paste and thicken, finish with two cloves of garlic finely diced.
Serve with brown rice or white rice and green tea.

I made a Pasta Alfredo with chicken, peppered bacon and asparagus. Not low cal, but it was yummy.

I shouldn't say this because Lon's going to get all flipped out but I wonder if Shihan's "hot tube steak smothered in underwear" was marinated in juices?
