Seems you produced some CONTROVERSY here. It is wise to keep Controversial personal habits to one's self, some of which DO NOT, belong on any gun forum...especially this one.

I hear enough Rap when I go to the gym. I get more than my fill of the color "N" derivative from that. The funny older stuff is cool.

I tend to stick with music I can relate to. My Mom wasn't a crack whore and I never had to slay a foo wit my gat over a bad drug deal or talking dirt. One of these days those facts may change and I will like it. My trucks have 18-inch wheels so that yet again limits how much of it I can relate to.

I almost forgot, I'm old.

I abhor Rap Music. I think the name itself is an oxymoron. So I choose not to listen to it. I get angry when I'm subjected to that nasty, thumping, car vibrating garbage when I'm out in public or when I hear it blasting down the street in my quiet neighborhood.

That said, I saw an interesting bumper sticker last week. It said: "If it's too loud, you're too old." Maybe I am, but it's also food for thought.

Those who hate gangsta rap have never done tech support for a renowned laser printer company. Many people are alive and walking around today because Dre was crooning the Chronic in my ears at work. Just sayin'
