My ancestors left Scottland in the early 1600s to avoid the clan waring. They settled in Ireland and left there due to Clan fighting in the mod 1700s. The landed in Canada and ventured into Maine during the 1800s. Some became sailors, fisherman and tater farmers.
They may take our lives..But...they will never take our FREEDOM!!!!!

My Mom is from Newark, NJ as was her Father and Mother. My Dad was from Chicago, Il as was his Mother and Father. That would make me American.

I'm mostly Scottish (Sect of the Gordons), most of my Ancestors from Scotland were executed in a dungeon for fighting the British, as far as I was told. After that I'm French, all of the part of my family that was still in France during WWII was executed for killing Nazis. Then I'm traces of Belgian, German, English, Swedish, and I think 11 other ethnicities, and I'm 6.25% Native American, but since my Grandmother was persecuted for it, she took whatever tribe we are to the grave with her, so none of my family is sure what exactly we are.
