I didn't know that there was whiskey other than Jim Beam. I don't drink whiskey all the time but when I do it is Jim Beam.

If a whiskey has made in Tennessee on the label you can be assured of a certain level of quality. Kentucky has similar laws...

I'm a "Jack" fan, too.

Gentleman Jack or for something sweet, Sambuca. Right now I favour Sambuca.

Name your poison.
A shot of hemlock with a chaser of cyanide...

Iced tea...of course.

10 year old Laphroig single malt scotch, or 18 year old Chivas Regal. Neat, with just a little water added to open it up. Chilled in the freezer is fine also.

I have always found that bourbon drinkers do not drink scotch, and scotch drinkers do not drink bourbon. I don't and I may know one guy who does. Have no idea why that is excpt preferring the taste of one over the other.

My bourbon drinking son calls my scotch gasoline.

Prefer bourbon, but scotch is a close second. Have a jug of each Johnnie Walker Black and Gold. By the way, you and I are about the only guys on the planet who like Laphroig

my normal everyday drink is Leinenkugel's Original. Their creamy dark, oktoberfest, & vanilla porter are favorites also....too bad the vanilla & Oktoberfest are only around a couple months a year.

apparently i'm one of the rare ones that will drink bourbon & scotch and occasionally both at the same time. I do enjoy a Thorogood every now & then....you know, 1 bourbon, 1 scotch, 1 beer . lately I've really enjoyed the Jim Beam Rye. Also got a bottle of Famous Grouse in the cabinet that I'm surprised I really like.

Liquor, Beer, Cigars, & firearms are similar in one respect: just because I like it, doesn't mean you will. And expensive doesn't necessarily mean "good"

i very seldom drink alcohol, but if i do drink, it's either going to be W. L. Weller Special Reserve or Crown Royal.
