What's your poison?

I enjoy a little whiskey called Knob Creek. Chilled, but not on ice. And never mixed.

Name your poison.

Knob is good....we like the "JACKS" esp. gentleman, and green label...and the Johnnies,..but not the red...

I really don't drink much anymore but I have always enjoyed a good bourbon. And you just don't mix bourbon. It's against the bourbon law. Bourbon whiskey is not the same as whiskey. If it says it's a bourbon it was made to be drank straight.
And all bourbon is made in Ky ;)
Knob Creek is one of my favorites, Bookers is another. Both are very smooth.

Kentucky ice water, Maker's Mark & water.

Sometimes substitute Knob Creek or Woodford Reserve.

Single Barrel Jack straight out of the freezer, over a couple cubes and a splash of water, Sip and enjoy. I also like a variety of descent Beers but only a couple at a time!

Funny thing, I drank more cheap booze in a week 35 years ago than I drink the good stuff in a year today but when I do have a libation, I try to have one or two good ones instead of a bunch of cheapos.
