Heres whats on mine at work this morning
I have finally decided its time to get back in shape. Im not by any means obese but I have put on a few pounds since I had my knee reconstructed back in Nov.
I still cannot run on it very far before the nerves start to tingle and go numb . Anyway its time to get back in shape and eat right . I dont drink pop and haven't in almost 9 months . Its usually Tea or water with lemon for me .
